This time in our world is a rebirth for all of us. Letting go of what you do not want in your life anymore. Realigning what sets your soul on fire. I dance with the wind as I feel the dirt deeply in between my toes. My creative flow is as light as the wind, but rich like the soil below. My inner journey started deeper when I was in my early twenties. I am now weeks away from my thirtieth. I feel this fire in my heart and excited to continue to reach depths deep in my soul. To use my discovery to teach the world. No need to go too deep at first but let unravel2you be your guide, muse and inspiration to guide you deeper.

All my spiritual teachers I look up to start with an early morning walk. I decided to add that in my practice. A walk I will do everyday and allow the wisdom to fill my heart to share with the world. I lay one hand on my heart and one on my stomach, I feel my life force breathe in and out. It is a new day as I open my eyes. Thanking my spirit to allow my temple to carry me for another human experience.

I live in St. Petersburg Florida, a feeling of a vortex of amazing energy and beautiful people. I thank my feet and my temple to allow me to walk. I inhale and smell the plants and wildlife around me. Green never fades in Florida and that is something I greatly appreciate. Approaching Crescent Lake, I hear the tennis ball go back in forth at the courts near by. I smile, as I see a young boy playing tennis with his grandma. Long curly hair and his cheeks flushed red jumping with excitement of his nice hit on the ball. It brings a softness to my heart, as I look and take their connection in deeply. The bond springs up memories in my mind of me and my grandma. I continue to walk and smell the freshness of the lake to my right. Only a mile around and beautiful trees surrounding the body of water. People running and riding bikes. Couples passing by with their kids. A little girl around five zooming with her scooter, as her parents watch her from behind. . Another little girl with a bunch of leaves in her hands creating a boutique. Her eyes widen by the roots of the tree. Her beautiful mother is teaching her what matters in life. Bringing me back memories of me feeling the same way about trees at a young age, my heart softens even more. The gratitude continues to fill up my heart center. I am able to be human and witness these sweet precious moments of life.

The people I pass is part of my life moving canvas. I approach my favorite tree, like it has been waiting for another visit. The branches reach out in all different lengths and holds a space of shade to sit under. I can still see the sun dancing between the leaves, I taste my coffee and give thanks to being able to taste. Deepening my breath and feeling the connection with all around me. Listening to my guided meditation about abundance. The abundance I now feel overflows through me. The endless energy I can tap into, I allow to pour into the universe. I am abundant and you are too. Thanking the flow of clean water to drink and always being supported with all the adventures that I want to explore in this lifetime. Taking my shoes off and feeling the dirt as my feet sink deeper into the soil, swaying my body as I danced to Trevor Hall. Feeling one with all, I decided to walk my feet along the lake. Trusting my feet to guide me with every step. Feeling the grass below and other small flowers blooming from the ground. Spots where my feet deepened from the water that made the ground moist. Curling my toes and pausing as I watch the wildlife be together. A butterfly dancing in front of me through the movement of the wings. I allow the butterfly to lead until it decided to go high into the sky. Butterflies living with such lightness, beauty and able to fly. A short life lived but a beautiful couple weeks of abundance and seeing the world through that view. From the different birds flying around and cleaning themselves, this whole lake supports so much wildlife.

How amazing it would it be to support each other in this way? Allowing the lake to support our needs of survival and being okay as we share that space. Allowing to be fully in the now and trusting our intuitive skills completely. Allowing to let go of what blinds us from our breath and with the connection of the now. To come together and sway to our beats as we create a beautiful life dance together. All our rhythms becoming one big life song. Making gatherings as we share what we see through our moving life canvas, what a dream to dream. A reason why I create my rhythm for the world. The peace and flow I feel is what I want everyone to feel. There all different birds, but they are all birds. We are different but we are all just human. Being human, that give us the opportunity to feel deeper than any living creature. Human is a privilege and protector that carries our spirit that never lets go and is just waiting for us to turn inward. The comfort does not come from the outward world. What we are all searching for is that one hand on our stomach, and on our heart. The first eye opening of gratitude in the early mornings and taking that time to feel our life force. In order for someone to paint a beautiful picture, it all starts with the feeling within the soul sea. The lightness of our breath carries an abundant amount of wisdom that we have access too. The key is turning inward and discovering your treasures of deep self discovery of jumping into your life sea. The treasures become your melody to create a beautiful rhythm of peace, love and light.

Allow your life to become a life song you want to replay and not a life that you must repay.
